Return & Refund Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@geterect.eu to request a return or refund. Include your order number and issue details. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds may take several days depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to decline refunds for misuse or violation of our policies.
